Keeping the Physical in Balance with Spirit and Mind
We have to make sure our physical temples are in shape in
order to resonant at the highest frequencies possible. This requires daily work just like meditation
and mantra are daily work for the mind and spirit. Establish a routine to bring your body into
alignment with the healthy standards of someone your age, height and
build. Don’t be too rigid on yourself
though because that is s form of violence to yourself. Be loving and gentle with yourself and set
goals. Reward yourself when you reach
certain milestones and enjoy the journey to wellness.
