Amazing Binishell Homes Cost Around $3,500

Amazing Binishell homes could revolutionize how we live.  They have been around since the ‘60s but they may soon be making a resurgence.  Dante Bini designed and built the first Binishell in 1964 (it’s still standing) using his revolutionary and amazingly fast construction method.  A Mini Binishell can be constructed in 2 hours and costs around $3,500.

A balloon shell is placed on a foundation and concrete is poured over top of it.  This creates the shape and when the concrete is dry, the balloon is deflated and packed away for future use.  Dante’s son Nicolo is running the business now and is currently licensing the patented technology to construction firms.

Some of the applications beyond residential use would be for sports stadiums, recreational facilities, shelters, schools and bases.
