Practical Daily Tools for Self-Mastery

Just came to some really good insights and got some nice practical tools from Abraham to help in maintaining positive vibration.


Hot & Cold Game
Use the hot and cold game you find your way two positive vibration. If you feel out of alignment you're getting colder if you I feel pretty good you're getting warmer.

On a daily basis you are going to move from thought to another thought. If those thoughts are of a contradictory vibration then your frequency will be confused. To remedy that slow your thoughts down by either meditation or sleep then pick up with deliberate thought and build your momentum downstream to positive thoughts.

Detail vs. Generalization
When you are feeling good use detail to speed up the vibration and the manifestation time.
When you aren’t feeling good go general and soften your perspective to slow down your vibration and the manifestation time of unwanted things.

Manifestation Game

Another game to play is the manifestation game. Choose four or five things that you want or would like to see that you do not have any negative vibration about and watch how the universe brings those things to you in a variety of ways which may not be exactly as you might have pictured it.
